These files consist of correspondence, reports, data, analyses, etc. pertaining primarily to saline lakes on the Prairies

IV. Lecture Notes/Lakes

These files contain lecture outlines and schedules, extensive notes and graphics as well as laboratory schedules and experiments. A main file usually is followed by a number of subject-specific or supplementary files

1. Alpha-Numeric / Subject-Nominal Series

This series contains correspondence with RG Williamson's friends, colleagues, and government officials; research materials; notes, drafts, and final versions of speeches, articles, theses, reports and books, both by Williamson and by others; conference data and publications; memoranda relating to social welfare issues; government reports and documents; etc.

7. Inuit Circumpolar Conference (ICC)

This series relates to the work of the ICC, its conferences, reports, etc.; and contains materials created by Williamson during a study on Inuit political leadership.

13. Spence Bay Baseline Study

This series contains data, reports, correspondence, etc. used or compiled during the research and writing of the baseline study, "The Boothia Peninsula People."

Publications

This series contains a variety of published works of a general nature relating to subjects in anthropology and sociology.

Corporation and Private Reports

This series consists of reports that Professor Edmunds compiled at request of corporations, government departments, or private individuals. Most of the reports are concerned with mining possibilities and results, particularly oil and gas prospects on the Prairies. There is also a good deal of information concerning soil testing as well as data relating to mining procedures.

4. Records relating to the University Council

Series includes records relating to the Saskatoon Council (to 1974) and the University Council (after 1974), and some records relating to the General University Council, including records of the Forward Planning Committee/Planning Committee, the Interdisciplinary Committee, the Naming Committee, and the Nominations Committee; records relating to reports on student participation (Nixon and Caldwell reports) and student representatives to Council; and rationalization of new and existing programs, including language programs

II. Dean of Summer School records--Carlyle King

This series contains correspondence, minutes, memoranda and reports concerning the administration of summer school, evening and intercession courses, as well as material concerning various committees of which Dr. King was a member.
