This fonds consists of a book of share certificates of the Farewell Rural Telephone Company Limited. 14 certificates for a total of 90 shares sold were issued between 1912 and 1919. The remaining certificates in the book are blank.

This fonds contains one scrapbook containing newspaper clippings pertaining to Canadian politics, religion, and artifacts and memorabilia of Canada’s centennial celebrations, and Expo 67 in Montreal.

Also contained are pamphlets from Expo 67, as well as a pin commemorating Canada’s centennial celebration.

This fonds consists of the business and activities of the Eastview Homemakers’ Club. It contains written histories, photographs, correspondence, reports, programs of events, and newspaper clippings. Many loose sheets are inserted into the Citizenship and Legislation notebook.

This fonds contains a portion of a notebook containing an English-Aboriginal language dictionary. The dictionary was compiled by Dr. John Maclean and identified as such by Annie Wallis. Her name and Dr. John Maclean’s name are inscribed on the last page of the notebook. Although the language of the dictionary is not identified in the text, the language departments of the First Nations University in Regina, Saskatchewan believe it is Dakota.

This fonds contains one paper written by Donald A. Wright as part of his Doctor of Ministry program at the University of Alberta. The paper is entitled “Historical Pattern Realization and Clergy Role Clarification”. It was completed for course ISM-83 and submitted May 6, 1983.

This fonds consists of two series. The Federation business includes minutes of meetings, membership lists, and correspondence covering the years 1943-1947. The second series includes lists of electors, reports, poll census forms, statements, returns, and election tally sheets of the 1945 Federal Election, as well as reports and correspondence of the CCF Victory Fund, 1944-1945. Two editions of “The CCF in the Legislature” (1941 with 1942 supplement and 1943) were transferred to the Library Collection.

This fonds consists of three series. There are financial records from 1960 to 1976 contained in a ledger, as well as a cash book, cheque register, distribution and general finanacial journals covering finances from 1989 to 1991. The second series consists of eleven scrapbooks and binders filled with newspaper (press) clippings of notices, advertisements and information regarding the City of Moose Jaw from 1917 to 1978, compiled by the city clerk. The third series consists of a promotional booklet from 1906 produced by the city of Moose Jaw.

This fonds contains one annual report created by the Church of Our Lady. The report includes minutes from the 2005-2006 annual meeting and reports from the pastor and the organization’s various committees. These committees include Liturgy, Social Justice, Hospitality, Fundraising, and Finance/Building Maintenance. The report also includes financial statements.

The records are primarily Chinese language consisting of membership cards and lists, correspondence and some financial records. Also included are membership pins in sealed and numbered envelopes.

This fonds consists of waybills, telegraph forms, reports and circulars dealing with the railway operations at the Grand Trunk Pacific/Canadian National Railways operations at Stony Beach, Saskatchewan.

This fond consists of records of the Buffalo Lake Water Conservation Association that were held by Richard Loney. They are primarily correspondence and “general” files relating to the Association, likely filed by Loney. There is also a file relating to petitions and lists of area landowners, a scrapbook of press clippings relating to this and other similar projects and a reprinted speech to the Legislative Assembly given by W.G. Ross supporting the project.
