The fonds consists of records created by Prince Albert Presbyterial U.C.W., its members, treasurers, circles and committees, as well as those of its predecessor, Prince Albert Presbyterial of the United Church W.M.S. (Woman's Missionary Society).

Contents include: meeting minutes, histories, clippings, financial records; minutes of the [Presbyterial] U.C.W. Provisional Committee (1961), lists of officers (1969) and correspondence (1971); annual reports; and scrapbooks. The fonds consists of records created and/or collected by the Saskatchewan Branch of the Young People's Union (Y.P.U.), its members, treasurers, and committee(s).

Contents include: meeting minutes from the Y.P.U. executive and committees; correspondence from the Y.P.U. President; correspondence with and material relating to the national-level Y.P.U.; financial records; convention reports; lists of executive members; files relating to various Y.P.U. activities, including youth caravans; various newsletters and related items collected from other Y.P.U. groups, outside of Saskatchewan; and a collection of Youth Christian Education Leaders Resource materials, including Explorers and Hi-C groups. Contents include files relating to: B'Say-Tah (1962); the Conference Camp Committee newsletter, Smoke Signals (1966-1967); Committee conferences and training events held at Prairie Christian Training Centre, or P.C.T.C. (1964-1966); a Camp Survey (1961); Crystal Lake United Church Camp (1964); Kipabiskau United Church Camp (1962-1964); and a Senior Girls Camp (1959-1961).

Additional historical materials included the fonds were collected by Mrs. Mary McKechnie, first president of the Qu’Appelle Presbyterian W.M.S. and later of the Saskatchewan Conference W.M.S. There is also a daily register of pupils from Round Lake Indian School (1942-1946).

The collection consists of publications relating the Women's Missionary Society of the United Church of Canada. Contents include: reports of the Women's Missionary Society; reports of the Dominion Board; and historical accounts of the W.M.S., church missions and missionary work.
