Contents include files relating to: B'Say-Tah (1962); the Conference Camp Committee newsletter, Smoke Signals (1966-1967); Committee conferences and training events held at Prairie Christian Training Centre, or P.C.T.C. (1964-1966); a Camp Survey (1961); Crystal Lake United Church Camp (1964); Kipabiskau United Church Camp (1962-1964); and a Senior Girls Camp (1959-1961).

Series contains minutes, reports, correspondence, pamphlets, curriculum materials, publications and other records relating to the work of the Board of Christian Education (including Adults, Senior Adults, Children and Youth sections), Saskatchewan Conference Christian Education Committee and other associated Committees, e.g. for Girls' Work, Boys' Work, Youth, Kairos. There are also Training Events files, covering planning, curriculum, correspondence and other documentation of events held for various audiences of leaders, youth, lay ministry and related groups.
Files appear organized in 3 main sets: Board of Christian Education (file no. 136 to 147); Saskatchewan Conference Christian Education Committee (file no. 148 to 162); and Training Events (file no.163 to 189).
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.
Contents include: minutes; reports; correspondence; documents regarding Hafford (Mission) Hospital; an accounts ledger; files relating to education and students; record of candidates for ministry; pastoral relations records; and a Battleford Presbytery Survey (1973).

Avonlea, Blue Hill, Briercrest Pastoral Charges fonds
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Avonlea Pastoral Charge, Briercrest Pastoral Charge, Avonlea – Blue Hill and various constituent churches – their boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of church boards, sessions, stewards, congregational, trustee and committee meetings; choir, Mission Band and Sunday School records; minutes and financial records from some of the local Ladies Aid Society, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Woman’s Association (W.A.), Women’s Federation (W.F.), and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; historic rolls and membership records; a Home Mission Record Book from Baildon, ca.1930; and registers documenting baptisms, marriages and burials at Avonlea, Briercrest, Tilney, Blue Hill, Baildon, and related locations. There are also records relating to the Briercrest unit of Canadian Girls in Training (C.G.I.T.).

The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Assiniboia Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.
Contents include: meeting minutes (1925-1973); presbytery dissolution documents (1973); statistics and treasurer’s records; records of candidates for ministry; a historical sketch of Assiniboia Presbytery (1925-1932); and a history of the United Church Women’s Association of Assiniboia Presbytery (1901-1961).
