This fonds consists of the original "Then and Now" columns written by Harold Davies during the 1950's and 1960's for the Moose Jaw Times Herald newspaper. The articles are dated and arranged in subject categories. On the inside front cover is pasted a newspaper article which is a biography of Harold Davies.

This fonds contains the Botting (Barnes) family bible, prayer book, and three photo albums. The bible includes genealogical information about the Botting (Barnes) family, including birth and death dates of family members. Few individuals in the photo albums are identified.
This fonds consists of financial and employee records of Whimster’s Hardware in Moose Jaw from 1935 to 1944. There are instructions for employees, as well as letters from a former employee instructing an employee on a few job procedures.
This fonds contains a bible that was presented at the dedication of the Marquis United Church in Marquis, Saskatchewan on October 17, 1937. The bible was presented by Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Hurd. The bible was one of few items to survive and be recovered from the fire.
The fonds contains one photo album titled “Views of Moose Jaw, Sask., Canada” and includes 21 b&w photographs of mostly street views of Moose Jaw, and one page of information on Moose Jaw.
This fonds contains photographs and memorabilia created and collected by Betty Dawn (Erb) Nicholl. It includes five photo albums containing photographs of her family, friends, and travels. Many of the photographs were taken in Moose Jaw and most of the photographs are identified. It also contains two Prairie Breezes newsletters, announcing Betty’s engagement and marriage to Wilson Nicholl as well as a Central Collegiate Institute 75th Reunion Yearbook.
This collection contains one booklet containing the favourite poems of Dick Lillico. It includes 30 pages of poems selected by Lillico. The booklet is signed, “Best wishes Mrs. Boyd, Sincerely Dick”.
This fonds contains one booklet entitled ‘Verses for You’. The booklet was published by the Moose Jaw Writer’s Club. Shantz wrote poems that appear on pages 7, 22, and 27.
This collection is comprised of The Study Club’s yearly programs from 1925-1953. The programs provide details about their meetings, such as date, topic, hostess and leader. The programs also offer lists of club officers and members.
This fonds consists of the minutes, treasurers reports, membership lists and meeting attendance records. There is nothing for the years 1948, 1949, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1981. There is a guest register on ruled not paper with names of people present at the Club’s 25th and 50th anniversary celebrations. Everything except the “guest register” is in notebooks.
This fonds consists of the history, constitution, minutes of meetings and financial records of the Princess Patricia Club. There are eleven scrapbooks containing primarily newspaper clippings and some photographs of the Club’s history, business and activities.
