This collection consists of annual reports created by more than 220 pastoral charges that existed within the boundaries of the United Church of Canada Saskatchewan Conference, from the late-1960s through 2018, and Living Skies Regional Council, from 2019 through 2021. Some church newsletters, financial statements, histories and associated documents are also included.

The fonds consists of textual materials created and collected by Moose Jaw District of the Methodist Church. Contents include: financial district minutes and statements (1904-1909); and two volumes of Ministerial Session minutes (1901-1925). The Ministerial Session volumes also include minutes from Regina District (1901-1902), from Regina-Moosomin District (1903), and from Rouleau District (1921-1922).
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by the Presbytery, its secretaries, committees and related bodies, in fulfillment of their responsibilities, as outlined in the Manual of the United Church of Canada.
Contents include: minutes; correspondence; property files; records of the Property Committee, Moose Jaw Pastoral Charges Commission (1930), Committee on Insurance, Boundaries Committee, Historical Committee, and Rural Life Committee; missionary reports from Keeler-Gilroy Mission Field (1953-1955); Pastoral Charge visitation documentation; records regarding the Saddlebag Project (1969-1978); statistics.
