The photographs range in date from 1938 - 1949, and include images of the Lady Minto Hospital, views of Melfort's Main Street, parades in Melfort, Herb Anderson and students of North Star School, Irma Staff and her brothers, and the North Star School ball team.
This fonds contains questionnaire forms from a survey of individual Winnipeg homes carried out between May and July of 1949. They contain information such as number of occupants, type of heating used, etc. There are also graph analysis of insulation tests carried out on behalf of the National Research Council (NRC) in 1929 and 1930.

The fonds is from Jack Arthur Howell's personal collection. It contains nine black and white photographs with matching negatives. These images are of Arthur, Ethel, and George Howell, the Howell family farm, and farming activities. There are also two more black and white photographs. One of the photographs is of the Women's Missionary Society of the United Church and the other is of a Saskatchewan Agricultural Societies convention.

The latter is a type of ecumenical organization intended to bring together ministers of various denominations and congregations within a defined geographical area. Participants identified in the minutes include Rev. F. Passmore, R.R.W. McGregor and Mrs. McGregor, J. and Mrs. Wilkinson, J. and Mrs. Moorland, R.L. and Mrs. Hardwick, Rev. M.B. and Mrs. Banting, J. and Mrs. Bright, and Rev. T.M. and Mrs. Beveridge.
This fonds consists of material used, created, and accumulated by Arthur Moxon. The fonds contains correspondence concerning a number of organizations, associations, and committees with which Moxon was associated. The fonds also includes notes and records related to lectures given by Moxon on various legal topics. In addition, the fonds includes a file of correspondence concerning business conducted while Moxon was in private practice including requests for information on points of law or advice about how to proceed in legal matters.
This Fonds contains three black and white images of the , event invitations and programs that Arthur Leach presumably attended, and Arthur Leach's Honorary second lieutenant certificate. The Fonds was donated by Lil Leach, Arthur's daughter-in-law in 1981.

The records focus on the history of western Canada, especially Saskatchewan. It includes material on the fur trade and exploration, white settlement and interaction with native people, and the Riel Rebellions. Originals of the copied material date from 1623.
