This fonds contains three photographs of Archibald Piper at three stages of his life: during training in Calgary for the First World War, as a Sergeant in A Squadron on the 13th Regiment Canadian Mounted Rifles (though captioned as “O.M.R.”), and as a merchant of Massey-Harris farm implements. Also included is one photograph of men delivering grain to grain elevators in Tuxford, Saskatchewan.

It is comprised of manuals created by the organization for the use of its officers, which include the constitution, financial records, meeting minutes, information about other members of the Association of Minus One Clubs of Saskatchewan, dance schedules and band bookings, and membership information. The fonds also contains regular, executive, and annual meeting minutes and reports.

This fonds contains five series: Events, Membership, Memorabilia, Minutes, and Newsletters and Bulletins. It includes photos and posters of events, membership rosters, scrapbooks, gifts, meeting minutes and the Rotary in Motion newsletter and bulletin.

This fonds contains one partial draft and one complete draft of 'Tuxford of the Plains: Letters of George Stuart Tuxford (1888-1918)'. Note that one draft has the dates as 1888-1918, where the other has the dates as 1888-1913. Both drafts are typescripts and are heavily annotated with pen and pencil. This material is based on letters written by Tuxford with additional research conducted by Wilkes.

This collection contains 26 copies of The Collegiate Outlook from 1906-1914. The Collegiate Outlook was a school magazine published from November to March by the Literary Society of the Moose Jaw High School. It contains essays and jokes written by students, as well as meeting minutes of the Literary Society. These issues were mailed to Mrs. Roy E. Campbell in Regina, although the name Beatrice Watson is signed on many copies of the magazine. The editors of the volumes are: Vol. 3 - Editor: A. W Keith, Vol. 4 – Editor-in-chief: R. J. This fonds contains an article on Dr. Gordon Shepherd from The Luther Story, a periodical published by the Luther College High School in Regina, Saskatchewan. The article, along with several books on the Shepherd family, was accumulated by Silvia Gow, daughter of William and Fanny Shepherd.

This fonds contains genealogical information regarding the descendants of Valentine Ridley and Elizabeth Butler, Robert McCartney and Sarah Broadfoot, Samuel Getty and Catherine Kinney, and John Rothwell and Elizabeth Fennell. Grant G. Ridley undertook the research and compilation of genealogical information pertaining to his ancestors. This work had originally been started by his grandmother Isabella Rathwell (née Getty). He completed his work in April 2014.

This fonds contains one scrapbook containing newspaper clippings regarding weddings, births, and death notices for several Saskatchewan municipalities. Clippings were gathered by Minnie Clemenshaw, an early pioneer to the Archydal area. Scrapbook edited by Beverly Wilson, grand-daughter-in-law of homesteader John Wilson.

This fonds contains a cash book used by C.C. McAlpine. It lists income paid to C.C. McAlpine by various people and organizations, including former Moose Jaw mayor Ernest Pascoe, and the Moose Jaw Public Library. Also included are correspondence letters within the cash book.
