This fonds documents the career and interests of Glenis Joyce. The material regarding the Extension Division shows the growth and evolution of the Women's Program. Much of the material in the fonds deals with equity issues at the university and in society in general and includes pay and employment equity, affirmative action, women's rights and academic freedom. Joyce chaired the transformative President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women in the 1990s.

Fonds consists of records relating to the life and medical career of J. P. Szlazak. Fonds contains case reports and photographs of surgeries performed when Szlazak was at Rooksdown House; an autobiographical account of Szlazak's early years; and a Golden Jubilee issues of the "Guinea Pig" [journal].

The research materials include a number photocopies made from microfilm editions of local newspapers (The Star-Phoenix and The Prairie Messenger). Included in some files are booklets and pamphlets on the history of some of the parishes and religious orders; these materials will be noted in the file list and moved to the pamphlet collection of the Anglin Collection of Canadian Catholic Church History, Shannon Library, St. Thomas More College. Photographs are color slides of parish churches in the Diocese of Saskatoon, photographed by the author 1978-1979. Audiotapes are interviews conducted by the author 1978-1981. II. The fonds contains twelve reprinted black and white photographs with matching negatives from Eleanor Reeder and her brother Clarance McAusland's personal collections. The original photographs date from the 1920's to the 1960's. The photographs were taken Melfort, Saskatchewan and in Okotoks, Alberta. They include images of Melfort View S.D. #121, a Girls Farm Camp, farming activities, grain elevators, and the Melfort Post Office.

This fonds contains correspondence, reports, publications and memoranda relating to the research activities of Herman Austenson, as well as some administrative records relating to the department of Crop Science and Plant Ecology, and the research activities of the Crop Development Centre. Some of the materials were created by J.B. Harrington; these files have been identified whenever possible.

The fonds contains photographs of Norwood S.D. #1234 from Jean Jones' personal collection. The black and white photographs were taken in 1957 and the color photographs were taken in 2001.
