This fonds consists of business records of the Tuxford Hospital Company including minutes, correspondence, financial and stockholders records. No operational/medical records are included other than patient accounts.

This fonds contains a minutes book of the annual meeting of the Westview School District, a book order list for the school district, a letter of correspondence to Mrs. E.J. Forrest the secretary of the Westview School District, and a list of books ordered for the school district and confirmed by the department of education.

This fonds consists of the constitution (1932), minutes of meetings from 1947 to 1965, financial statements for the years 1951,1957,1960,1961,1963, annual reports 1939 to1942 and 1951 to 1952. There is correspondence referring to a mute boy who saved a man from carbon monoxide poisoning. Included is a history of John Chisholm School.

This fonds consists of the original "Then and Now" columns written by Harold Davies during the 1950's and 1960's for the Moose Jaw Times Herald newspaper. The articles are dated and arranged in subject categories. On the inside front cover is pasted a newspaper article which is a biography of Harold Davies.

This fonds consists of a Minute Book of the Moose Jaw Fire Department, two booklets of the Department's "Rules and Regulations." Also included is a book of inventory and accounts as well as correspondence from the Moose Jaw Trades and Labor Council to City Council requesting the expansion of the City's fire limits and regulations. A Souvenir booklet of the Moose Jaw Fire Department as well as documents that illustrate a portion of the department's history, is also present.

This fonds consists of eight scrapbooks of newspaper articles concerning Moose Jaw, written by James Morton as a staff writer for the Regina Leader-Post.

This fonds contains one scrapbook containing newspaper clippings pertaining to Canadian politics, religion, and artifacts and memorabilia of Canada’s centennial celebrations, and Expo 67 in Montreal.

Also contained are pamphlets from Expo 67, as well as a pin commemorating Canada’s centennial celebration.

This fonds contains two journals and a scrapbook kept by John Walker from 1925 to 1967. They all portray Mr. Walker's enjoyment of bird watching as well as his involvement in the Saskatchewan Natural History Society. Also included are newsletters from the Saskatchewan Natural History Society and invitations from the Government of Saskatchewan to the Annual Dinner of the American Ornithologists' Union.

The fonds consists primarily of minutes and correspondence of the Museum Committee. There is some overlap in the inclusive dates of existing correspondence files so it is not clear if these files are those of certain officers, subcommittees or the committee as a whole.
One correspondence file also contains interspersed copies of donor forms for artifacts donated to the museum.

Minutes and reports of the Southern Saskatchewan Federation of Film Councils during the 1960's, and constitution, bylaws, and conference report of the Film Council of Saskatchewan, 1948.

This fonds consists of series of minute books and a cash book of the Quincy Ladies Aid. Also included are memos pertaining to the sale of a portion of the Quincy school land. It was sold to the province for the widening of a highway.

This fonds contains materials pertaining to the training and graduation of Elizabeth Burns from the Moose Jaw Training School for Nurses. Such materials include a diploma, a Moose Jaw General Hospital Alumnae Association certificate, a case containing a reusable glass syringe and needles, a fountain pen with Elizabeth Burns’ name engraved, and a Moose Jaw General Hospital pin.
