McClelland Family fonds

This fonds is comprised of memorabilia created and collected by Kathleen McClelland about the McClelland, Brubaker and Battell families. It includes sections of the newspaper and newspaper clippings where members of her family are mentioned. It contains compiled family histories of the Brubakers and the McClellands as well as photographs of various family members. This fonds also includes a Moose Jaw School District No. 1 100th Anniversary Calendar – Kathleen McClelland, S. Ernest M. McClelland, Kathleen’s father, and Rella (Brubaker) Hunter, Kathleen’s aunt, were all teachers in Moose Jaw.

This fonds contains the schedule of rates and rules for the trainmen. The document was produced by the Canadian Pacific Railway company’s western division and was owned by William George Wood. ‘Thank you’ is inscribed in the left had corner of the document. The document was approved by the Brotherhood of the Railway Trainmen.

One regarding the general business of the association, another focused on the annual banquet and dance given by the association for its members. A series of the history notes of the Moose Jaw area, pioneer lists and a publication of history for Moose Jaw's Golden Jubilee. Another series contains the records of the associations banquets and the final series is made up of correspondence to the organization.
