Series consists of records relating to and/or created by various committees, boards, camps, and other entities governed by or associated with the United Church of Canada, in Saskatchewan. This scrapbook, “College Days,” contains materials collected by Donna during the years she attended university. Much of the material relates to student events, including initiation; banquets (“The New Girls’ Banquet given in honour of The Old Girls”); dances sponsored by Pente Kai Deka, Arts and Science, the Engineering Society, and the Literary Society. It also include various clippings about University faculty and students; some material relating to student elections (Sexton, Culliton, Mackenzie); the 1927 program for Varsity Follies; the 1926 commemoration service on November 11; class timetables, etc. Also included are original ink drawings, of a couple dancing, and of “Study Hour at Varsity,” as well as photographs of Donna and classmates “Mac” [Mary McLeary], Eleanor Knox, Winona Yager, and Hazel [?], as well as a group known as the “Swift Current gang.” Also included are samples of University stationery, a letter, song lyrics and college yells, various ads, including one for the Halfway House, etc.

Dorothy May Miller scrapbook collection

This collection contains two scrapbooks created by Dorothy May Miller. The scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings about Moose Jaw from the Moose Jaw Times Herald. The topics covered include: Moose Jaw Old Timers’ Reunions, Royal family, historical articles and pictures of Saskatchewan, among others.

Edna Carson Korpan fonds

Fonds consists of a scrapbook containing photographs, newspaper clippings, invitations, cards, correspondence, and souvenirs. The album documents Edna Korpan's nursing school years including acceptance to the school, class work, nursing balls and graduation, the Royal Visit, classmates, physicians, staff and patients. Album also includes items from the years after Edna Korpan's graduation, including her employment cards with the Regina General Hospital, wedding invitations, clippings of marriages and deaths, photographs of Nick Korpan, photographs of the 1963 nursing alumnae gathering, and souvenirs and photographs of the 1968 Canadian Nurses' Association conference and alumnae gathering.

The content has not been professionally appraised, arranged, or described. The following is a basic listing of the unprocessed contents:

-The volume is a ledger that has been also used as a scrapbook; scrapbook contains: table of contents, clippings of movie stars, politicians, poems, "cowboy" images, newspaper clippings, some Swift Current clippings, latest date on a newspaper clipping is 1932 though most are not dated (clippings and pictures are often pasted onto pages that were originally used as a ledger, ca. 1926); after clippings end several of the remaining pages are used as a ledger, 1911 - 1915, records of interactions with businesses, local businesses, and individuals; there is a large number of blank pages, after which there is another ledger, 1909 - 1913, record of interactions with businesses, local businesses, and individuals. The records in the ledger likely pertain to the Alexandra Hotel. "This book belongs to Hofffman James Powley, Beaver Flats P.O., Saskatchewan, Canada / 15th Day of February in the year 1926 A.D./ age - 18 yrs." written inside front cover

This collection consists of one series containing a scrapbook kept by Garth Smith but no certain date is established, except that the newspaper clippings kept may have been from around the time of the Province's Golden Jubilee in 1955.

This fonds reflects the activity of Heritage Moose Jaw. It includes one scrapbook of heritage buildings in Moose Jaw and material about the Moose Jaw Cemetery. The organization received a grant to help restore some of the tombstones in the cemetery and they collected information about the individuals buried there.
