Balcarres Pastoral Charge fonds
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Balcarres Pastoral Charge, Pheasant Creek Larger Parish and constituent churches – their boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of church boards, sessions and stewards meetings; meetings of local Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; a communion roll covering Balcarres, Wrights and Saltoun; and registers of baptisms, marriages and burials held at Balcarres and File Hills. Early minutes also include a 1925 joint meeting of Presbyterian and Methodist churches. St. Andrew’s Presbyterian/United Church (Balcarres), Wrights, Saltoun, and File Hills are among the congregations and communities identified in this fonds.

Dundurn-Hanley Pastoral Charge fonds
The fonds consists of textual materials generated by Dundurn, Hanley and Dundurn-Hanley Pastoral Charges and constituent churches, including Moose Woods (Whitecap) – their boards, committees and related bodies, and local women’s groups.
Contents include: minutes of boards, stewards, choirs, Ladies Aid Society and W.A. meetings; reports; treasurer’s records; and a Circuit Register containing the membership roll. Dundurn Methodist/United Church, Hanley, Coates, Moose Woods Reserve, and White Cap Reserve are among the congregations and communities identified. There is also a Home Mission Record Book from Moose Woods Reserve (White Cap), containing a communion roll and records of baptisms, marriages and burials.

The fonds consists of textual and graphic materials generated by Moose Jaw St. Andrew’s Pastoral Charge and United (formerly Presbyterian) Church, as well as their church boards, committees and related bodies, local units of women’s, men’s and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of official boards and Trustees, Stewards, Session, Council, congregational, committees, Choir and Sunday School meetings; communion and historic rolls; a cradle roll; newsletters, annual reports; records of local Ladies Aid Societies, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Woman’s Association (W.A.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups, men’s groups (Men’s Club and A.O.T.S.) and youth groups, as well as other social clubs; property and building files; various financial records and correspondence; clippings, scrapbooks and files relating to church groups, history and events, such as the ordination of Lydia Gruchy; and registers of baptisms, marriages, and burials held.
Photographs in the collection include prints, postcards, and negatives, showing the church building, its site and features (e.g. stained-glass window), associated individuals and events (e.g. anniversaries).

Contents include: minutes of church boards, sessions and stewards, and congregational meetings; some Sunday School records; minutes and financial records from some of the local Ladies Aid Society, Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), Woman’s Association (W.A.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; brief histories; membership records; and registers documenting baptisms, marriages and burials at Aberdeen, Vonda, Prud’homme, Rosthern, Wakaw, and related locations. There is also a small number of minutes, letters and receipts from a Ruthenian Presbyterian Church (associated with Wakaw), written in Ukranian.

Contents include: minutes of Official Board, Church Council, congregation, session, stewards, managers, committees, Mission Band and Sunday School meetings; local unit records of the Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.), United Church Women (U.C.W.), and Young Peoples’ Society; membership and historic rolls, going back as far as the Alameda and Frobisher Methodist Circuits; a historical sketch of Frobisher Union Church; registers of baptisms, marriages and burials that took place at Alameda Methodist/United Church, Ebenezer, Douglaston, Middleton, Dalesboro, Frobisher Union/United Church, Albany, Earnwein, Out-of-Sight, Rockland. There is also a booklet “My Last Messages to My Frobisher People” (1929), containing a list of sermons by A. Russell.
