This fonds contains two series: Honours Conferred and Memorabilia. This includes documents pertaining to awards and honours received by A. E. Peacock as well as event programs, family history, clippings, letters, drawings, speeches, school notebooks and photographs kept by the family.
This collection consists of thirty-three sets of blueprints and technical drawings for homes, businesses, and schools in Moose Jaw and area, primarily from the early 1900's and 1920's. Many of the drawings are “proposed” plans and the building may have never been constructed.

This fonds contains material that reflects the activity of the Army and Navy Department Store in Moose Jaw. It contains store flyers, catalogues, and photographs. It also contains the funeral service program for Garth Curtis Kennedy, who was employed by the organization for 52 years. During his career he served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
The fonds consists of a detailed gardening diary in which Mr. Benson records dates of planting, harvesting, weather, comments on the varieties of flowers and vegetables planted. He also records some other significant local events. There is also a journal/guest book kept by Mrs. Benson recording her hosting of two teas for elderly ladies in Moose Jaw in 1930 and 1931. The lists of attendees include address, and year and place of birth. The remaining file consists of one item of correspondence to Mrs. Benson relating to one of the teas. This fonds also consists of two photo albums, with pictures taken by or of Marguerite (Benson) Gardner, a scrapbook of Thomas William Clayton’s scouting and an atlas from 1871.
This fonds is comprised of three series. There are minutes of meetings, membership lists, reports, and reviews of Beta Sigma Phi from City Council and the Preceptor Beta XP 315 and Laureate Beta PL 193 chapters. There are some membership lists of other chapters in Moose Jaw as well as general directives and newsletters.
This fonds reflects the research conducted by Bill and Anne Heselton about the Moose Jaw Electric Railway, Benjamin de Forest “Pat” Bayly, The Empress of Ireland, and Moose Jaw Transit.
This fonds contains photocopies of the Daily Registers for attendance of students at the Buffalo Lake School S.D. No. 119 kept by the teachers. Also included are photocopies of a financial ledger documenting the expenditures of the said school.
This fond consists of records of the Buffalo Lake Water Conservation Association that were held by Richard Loney. They are primarily correspondence and “general” files relating to the Association, likely filed by Loney. There is also a file relating to petitions and lists of area landowners, a scrapbook of press clippings relating to this and other similar projects and a reprinted speech to the Legislative Assembly given by W.G. Ross supporting the project.
This collection consists of a scrapbook, primarily newspaper clippings of the activities and events of the Moose Jaw CDL between the years 1931 to 1962. There are also sections in the scrapbook of newspaper clippings on Canadian women, and Canadian war news. Most of the clippings are undated and no sources cited.
This fonds consists of waybills, telegraph forms, reports and circulars dealing with the railway operations at the Grand Trunk Pacific/Canadian National Railways operations at Stony Beach, Saskatchewan.
The records are primarily Chinese language consisting of membership cards and lists, correspondence and some financial records. Also included are membership pins in sealed and numbered envelopes.
This fonds contains one annual report created by the Church of Our Lady. The report includes minutes from the 2005-2006 annual meeting and reports from the pastor and the organization’s various committees. These committees include Liturgy, Social Justice, Hospitality, Fundraising, and Finance/Building Maintenance. The report also includes financial statements.
