This fonds reflects the activities of the Cosmo Drama Club. It is comprised of three series: general business records, scrapbooks, and skits and workshops. It includes financial records, such as receipts and account balances, meeting minutes, memorabilia, skit scripts and an audiocassette of a workshop.

Fonds consists of textual materials generated by Cote Pastoral Charge, its predecessors and constituent churches – their boards, committees and related bodies, local women’s units and other groups.
Contents include: minutes of church session and Manse Building Committee meetings; minutes and financial records of local Women’s Missionary Society (W.M.S.) and United Church Women (U.C.W.) groups; correspondence relating to church buildings; a communion roll; and church records documenting baptisms and marriages in the area. Cote Reserve, Crowstand [Mission], Kesekoos, and Kamsack are among the congregations and communities identified in this fonds.
Cote Pastoral Charge
Fonds consists of six series: Coteau Books; Other Publishers; Professional Organizations; Government, Business and Industry; Caragana Records; and Thunder Creek Publishing Co-operative. The records reflect the growth of Coteau Books from an arm of a small co-operative run by its members to an established publisher with three employees. Of special note is the large quantity of manuscripts in various stages of production.

Coteau Hills Pastoral Charge
The collection contains two black and white photographs from Alfred Craig's personal collection. One features 34 boys standing/sitting in front of a building, (taken approx. 1934). The other photograph is a formal portrait of Laura Craig believed to have been taken during the 1940s.

This fonds consists of the original material that was written and submitted for the compilation of the book “The Rolling Hills Review 1840-1980.” It includes family histories(biographies), stories, historic information on places, organizations, companies and events during the period from 1840 to 1980 for the Bevitt, Crestwynd, Bay Island, Don Jean, Old Wives, Piety Hills and Windcrest Districts.

Cross-Dressing in Saskatchewan collection
This collection consists of programs, posters, photographs, video recordings and artefacts documenting the development of gay drag in Saskatchewan. The materials are primarily from Saskatoon with some from Regina, and most date from 1984 to 2004. Also included in the collection are records related to the exhibit "All Frocked Up: Glimpses of Cross Dressing in Saskatchewan," produced by Neil Richards in 2003 and presented in the Link Gallery at the University of Saskatchewan. Materials in this collection were donated by Brent Daum, Tim LeMay, Guedo Philipchuk, Neil Richards, Garnet Woloschuk and Maria Jochmaring.
This fonds contains personal files, correspondence, research materials, publications, meeting files, administrative records, association files and photographs relating to C.S. Houston's teaching, research and scholarly pursuits. The extensive research files primarily relate to: congenital dislocation of the hip in native people; anti-smoking activities; and the history of radiology in Saskatchewan and Canada. Drafts, files and correspondence document the preparation of publications on the Franklin Expeditions, T.A. Patrick, and R.G. Ferguson. Administrative records relate to Dr. Houston's position as Head of Medical Imaging.
